How long does it take before my order is shipped?
I only have a small stock. Therefore most pieces are made-to-order, meaning I'll create the order when a purchase is made. Production time is 4-6 working days. Should production time extend I'll let you know. If you need a specific piece for a specific date, don't hesitate to contact me.
How long does it take to make custom orders?
Custom orders require communication and time. Depending on the complexity of design custom orders have a production time from 4-6 weeks. Sometimes longer.
Can I make something out of my grandmothers old ring?
Yes you can! Whether you like to replace a stone or remake the whole piece it is possible to turn your old meaningful jewellery into something you would love to wear. Contact me and we will discuss the next steps further.
How long does shipping take?
It takes me 4-6 production days before your jewellery is shipped. (Maybe longer - You'll get noticed) Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. 1-2 days within Denmark, 5-10 days outside Denmark.
