RETENTION OF TITLE    

//Alice Kaufmann retains title to the goods until receipt of all payments in full. 

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY  

//Alice Kaufmann will give a two-year guarantee on all products.  

The complaint has to be justified, and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use. If you discover any problems with your product, please complain as soon as possible.
