Shipping

 The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between the customer and Alice Kaufmann about the delivery of goods, which are ordered under the website and shop alicekaufmann.com - Please read them before ordering.

DELIVERY

//All jewellery are handmade by Alice Kaufmann, kindly allow for 2-5 working days before shipping. You will be contacted should the production time extend.
//Delivery time for shipping is 1-3 working days in Denmark and up to 10 working days for Europe and rest of the world. Shipping includes tracking and insurance. Deliveries to some countries may extend further than two weeks due to customs. Any customs or duty fees is the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping costs are:
Denmark: Free
Within the European Union: 11€/80DKK
Rest of the world: 27€/200DKK

X-MAS ORDERS 2023 //

Deadlines for online orders are:
Within DK: 18th Dec.
Within EU: 13th Dec.
Rest of the world: 6th Dec.

All gifts can be returned until the 15th of January 2024. 


PICK UP 

//You are always welcome to chose "pick up" when placing your order. You will receive a pick up date and have the chance to see were your jewellery were made and meet the designer. Pick up your jewellery in the Workshop/Studio at Oehlenschlægersgade 13, Copenhagen.
