Refund policy

//The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days.  Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses their right to exercise a return. 

// Alice Kaufmann will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise the return shipping cost is always paid by the customer. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account. We only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order.

//Procedure of return or exchange:

1. Contact Alice Kaufmann before returning the actual product.

2. Return the Jewellery within 14 days from the date the Jewellery is received

3.The Jewellery and packaging must be in same condition as received.

4. Should the jewellery be exchanged for another size, style or surface treatment, contact Alice Kaufmann.
